ACCESS to ATMO-BOX

We are excited to announce that within the Trans National Access, we offer access to a newly developed tool – ATMO-Box for international use in different research domains ! This service is accessible to users from the private sector, academics and public authorities.

This small, compact instrument is easily applicable in many field experiments and comes together with training on how to use it. Installment time at your site will take only a few hours, then instruments can serve for several weeks with low maintenance, if any.

Including the ATMO-Box into your study can provide you with missing data regarding greenhouse gasses in polluted environments (more details can be found in the service description : ICOS-ATC-ATMObox.pdf ). If more than one box is used – it can serve for spatial experiments and modeling. It is also a great choice, if you intend to use the mobile instruments or its fast re-location.The different applications of the ATMO-Box is its testing/comparison against/with expensive high-resolution instrumentation.

Please note that three ATMO-Boxes are currently available via application for access to the ICOS-ATC facility (here link to facility, ICOS-ATC is the first one).  Make sure to select this facility in PASS and indicate the need for the ATMO-Box in the application field !
